4. Independent specialists
Specialists are independent parties, not employees or agents of QPP Signal. They control their own screening, eligibility, pricing, professional judgment, documentation, engagement terms, and work product. Any professional relationship is created only by a separate agreement between you and the specialist.
5. Your submissions and permission
You represent that submitted information is accurate to the best of your knowledge, is not confidential or unlawfully disclosed, and does not violate another person’s rights. You permit QPP Signal to use it to respond, verify public facts, and evaluate the request. Before a specialist handoff, QPP Signal will identify the specialist, disclose that it may receive a flat marketing or appointment fee, and request your permission to share the submission.
6. Acceptable use
You may not submit sensitive personal or financial records, impersonate another person, interfere with the site, bypass access controls, send malicious code, scrape protected data, or use the service for an unlawful or deceptive purpose.
7. Public sources and third-party links
Project signals may be drawn from third-party public sources. We do not control those sources and do not promise that they are complete, current, or accurate. Links are provided for context, not endorsement.
8. No guarantees
The site and preliminary service are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, QPP Signal disclaims warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any guarantee of eligibility, savings, response, meeting volume, or commercial result.
